What anime cosplay should I do for the Anime Weekend Atlanta

I am a 14 year old teen, with short spiky black hair, and chubby, lol. I like Naruto: Shippuuden, Bleach, Death Note, Haruhi, Lucky Star, or pretty much any anime. I don't want one with a complex costume though. the most complex I can do is like Sasuke. Wearing a wig is fine also, but I'd rather have none plus the character has to have short hair. I have tan skin too. And I wear glasses.
