What anime is this? Looked crazy?

I saw it on an hdtv demo disk. They showed off some blue ray movies. It showed this anime in this futuristic city with towering buildings. The background was redish color. And it showed this celebration with these traditional Japanese dancers. The movie looked pretty epic. Any hardcore anime fans know what I am talking about?

I'm no anime fan, but I am fascinated by futuristic movies.
