I saw this on someone's website, and I can't, for the life of me, figure out what it is;

And please, for the last time, its not Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist; I can't believe I have to say that xD I asked a bunch of people and they all said, "That looks like Ed from FMA!" Well it's not, because I was obsessed with the show since it's debut, and that IS NOT ED.

My guess is Viral from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.  I'm not 100% sure, but it looks like it might be him.  Plus it's got the clock thingy in the upper left corner.
