I GOT IT

IT WAS HARD BUH I GOT IT LOL!!!!

she is definetly not from sailor moon i should no that sailor moon was my favorite show when i was little i wanted to be like her so much and i was crazy about that show.

I think its from a game called Moshimo Ashita ga Harenaraba (もしも明日が晴れならば) but i don't no her name

and i googled this "moshiraba" and saw a video of the game on youtube and dailymotion.

I no it's definitely not sailor moon.  You should definitly try looking around the site you got the pic from or place.  I mean someone is not gonna take another company's anime character or manga without proper citations.
