Kobe Donbo is the mangaka, and some of her other manga has been animated too.  That might be why it looks familiar.

it's from the manga, kamichama karin chu, which is the sequel to the kamichama karin manga by koge donbo. there is an anime for kamichama karin, however don't be mislead by rumors. there's no sequel to the anime yet (so there's no kamichama karin chu anime).

so basically, it's from a manga not an anime.
