Loveless and Gravitation... and Junjo Romantica. And Hellsing Ultimate (I think they're making a second season..not sure.)

FMA and inuyasha. both ended WAY too soon -sob sob- MY POOR ED! -people look at me funny and back away slowly from the exploding fan girl-

The anime most deserving of a second season to me has to be Utawarerumono, Eruru and Aruru were just so cute, I'd love to see more of them. Although the second season may ruin the original series, but I don't care I still bought the Phantom Menace despite the fact that it ruined the original stuff.
