  1. 4-way and the west nile virus vaccine.

  2. 4 way. But most important is rabies and tetanus. More horses die from tetanus than West Nile.  Rabies without question,by a licensed Veternarian to document they had one.

  3. This is really a question for your vet.  He's the one that would know the needs of two horses because he is seeing current viral infections of horses in his practice.  Three that you know you'll have to have are Rabies,  WNV, Tetanus.  Let your vet recommend the others.

  4. You asked this question earlier....

That depends on where you live mostly so ask your vet what is best for your area.

I live in Central Georgia, USA my horses get:

    West Nile vaccine

    Rabies vaccine

Triple E w/Tetanus ( ie Eastern and Western, Venezuelan Encephalomyelitis(killed virus) and Tetanus Toxoid Vaccine)

They also get a paste or pellet wormer at least 4 times a year.

BTW 15 is NOT old for a horse, that is just mid life. With good care your horse has many more useful years. I have a 25 year old mare that you would never know was that old unless you looked at her teeth. She is still spirited and fun to ride.

  5. flu shot, west nile shot, wormer,  some times teeth floated....
