  1. Just give them a basic overview of your educational background and then relate it to your work experience. If you are a fresh graduate, start with your educational background and mention a few of your areas of interest [should be related to the job you are applying] and your strength.

  2. -  The year you were born / present age.

    - Educational bacground (schooling / college / other degrees) - name the institutes with percentage / class (if its on the higher side. It would have positive impact)

    - Earlier jobs done if any. If fresher, add info on part time work / internships done.

    - Career option / path you are looking / going for.

    - Your strong points (Communication skills / team player etc.,)

    - Further studies / courses you would like to take in future, to fine tune your skills, after gaining experience (this will show that you are ready to learn and reach higher in your career).

Generally it is asked to know how the person perceives himself and his future plans, in his own way - cuz people write quite a lot in their CVs, but generally are unsure about themselves and career.

    GOOD LUCK!

PS: Some people do tell about their family - parents and siblings / spouse and children (not in detail, but a word or two - whether they are employed / place they are settled), cuz some interviewers wants to know about it, and since your family is a part of your personal life, its good to add that too. A good family background is a bonus point.

  3. go over JOB ACCOMPLISHMENTS in previous employment. That is what they are REALLY looking for.

  4. I am an interviewer at my work, and when i ask this question, i am looking at your confidence, and sincerity in what you are telling me. You can tell if a person is being sincere, or telling you what you want to hear. Just be yourself, and relax. Good-luck!!!!!!!!!

  5. Most expected question in any interview. If answered well gets you job definitely(considering you are fundamentally good ).

I am trying to answer this question in Interviewer's perspective.

Interviews are not held for one or two typically. So interviewers feel exhausted after some time. They expect you to speak about you and ask questions from the info you spoke.

Answer question in logical way.Start from your recent job(if experienced) or graduation (if fresher), your experience with technology ,projects you have done with that.

Then about qualities..ability to build a team, work in a competitive environment, quick learner...But you should have an example to substantiate your quality from real life.

i challenge, you will cross your 3 min time by this detail. If not get back to me...i can help you more
