Say stuff like you want a challenge, to work in a large forward-thinking company with many opportunities for career progression. Solid company background, biggest bank in UK(?). Confident of a solid future, expanding organisation, many different areas to work. Good training.

Mention some phrases like -

Champion customer service

Treating customers fairly

Working hard, being loyal and looking beyond whats required

Top Tip - look at their investor relations website - and copy doen some of their own directional phrases....and then play a couple of those back to them. Dont overdo it though!
