What ap classes should i take if i want to major is social work or sociology?

which ap classes are important and would help me in college with my majors?

It truly doesn't matter.  AP classes are designed to let you test out of certain general education classes once you get to college.  Any class you can take now and not have to take later will help you out.  I wouldn't recommend testing out of English though.  I think you learn alot more in that college course that you may actually use.  But Calculus, Economics, History or any science will just get you a little further along towards your degree.
