  3. Generally aside from painkillers non steroidal anti-inflammatories(NSAIDS) would be given to relive the discomfort.

    However, if you are pre-disposed to stomach complaints they are not suitable.

    From my experience exercise is good and your GP should be able topoint you in the direction of a specialist who will normally assess and give guidance on what exercises can safely be undertaken to relieve the pain and discomfort.

  4. If you go to your GP they may prescribe you with Anti-inflammatory medication or refer you to Physiotherapy, osteopathy or chiropractic if the pain gets incredibly bad they may arrange Epidural injections

    If they do not work, surgery is an option
