What application should i use to download music and video's?

i used limewire for music but when i try to download movies it turned to be very slow! is there another application that i can use? and where can i download it?

legally you should use iTunes, because anything you dont pay for is actually illegal to download. but if you want to go free you could use torrents, bittorrent is the most popular program to download those. but no matter what program you use movies are going to take a very long time to download.
