Apple/Mystery Snails are the only common species that actually have lungs.  While snails like Malaysian Trumpets, Ramshorns, Pond Snails, and Nerite Snails only have gills, but will be fine out of water for a few hours, as they can shut their operculum (the trap door) to stay moist.
