What are 00s in women pants equivalent to in child sizes?

Are 00s equivalent to size 14 children? or maybe size 16 children? And what about 0s?

They are shaped totally differently. They are much much longer and curvier - there isn't really a child's size equivalent.

12 or 14, depends on the child's frame. 0 the same would depend but 14 or 16.
