Not in any order, but consultants earn a lot they are one up from doctors. Doctors earn a lot too, especially General Practitioners. Surgeons especially plastic surgeons as they get their money privately. You also get doctors who run the business side of the hospitals and work in government.

In the UK everyone else in the NHS is subject to the agenda for change banding scheme. The higher the number you are on the more money you get. If you look on their jobs website, and type in some positions, then it will display the basic wage or band, so you can compare a number of jobs.
