  1. Fiat Money

    Unfair Taxes

    Congress

    King George the W

    Theological Government

    Human Rights Violations

    Effeminate Culture

    Universalist Imperialism

    Suppresion of Free Speech

    Affirmative Action

  2. The government is replacing the constitutional rule of law with the power of the Executive branch to disregard both the laws established by the Legislative branch and the judgments of the Judicial branch.

  3. 1. Taxes

    2. Laws

    3. Surveilance

    4. Punishment

You can break those down to make them 10...but honestly if we are talking about pure liberties we should also talk about pure infringments.

  4. Illegal wire tapping.

  5. I might not come up with 10, but here are some:

    1) free speech is inhibited when it would infringe upon the safety of others, such as shouting "Fire!" in a crowded theatre

    2) freedom of religion is inhibited similarly - if my religion tells me to kill people, I still cannot kill people.  a real life example is rastifarianism, which involves the smoking of marijuana in order to achieve spiritual freedom.  Big case in Florida said no, you cannot smoke pot even if you are a member of the rastifarian church (but you CAN take peyote if you are a member of a certain native american tribe).

    3) taxes can be viewed as deprivation of property without due process of law

    4) free speech is limited when it's commercial - no television ads for cigarettes

    5) if you're arrested for something you did not do, and have to post bail through a bondsman, you never get your bondsman money back even after charges are dismissed or you are acquitted.  Violates due process clause (again, no deprivation of property w.out due process of law)?

    6) Police can enter your home w.out permission if they have a reasonably articulable suspicion that a crime is afoot

    7) if you're on welfare, you have to allow unreasonable searches and seizures in your home.  welfare workers get to show up at any time and demand entrance.

That's all I can come up with for now.

  6. The right to parent your children. The government has a set curfew for minors.

  7. What are "pure liberties"?  There are no absolute rights.  Every right you have is subject to boundary whether from the government or simply the rights of other citizens.
