Here are a few reasons I've used mine besides hockey!

get things I can't reach

scrape snow off my truck

break tail or head lights/windows

personal defense

scare dudes away that feel the need to fallow me to my truck at the bar

I sleep with one by my bed, If I hear something in the night I grab it and go check it out!

Well, my wife left the house after me today, and she left the front door wide open. I got home first, and saw the door open, so I got my hockey stick which is always in my car and I gave the house a thorough walk through with my stick ready to nail any would be thieves.

When you need to turn your tv on/off and youre too d**n lazy to get up... Works quite nicely. Oh yeah and if you're in a bus with your team to a hockey tournament ten freaking hours away and your friend is sleeping a few seats in front of you, perfect for tickling the backs of necks and/or faces.

I have actually used a broken stick (after sawing off what was left of the blade) and used it as a baseball bat. Needless to say that after a few swings, one could see the difference between an Adorandack and a Chimo lmao
