you would need a ascender. Petzl makes a good ascender. Extra rope if there are not fixed lines already. Bennie. Crampons (spikes that cover your shoe). other stuff. Also ice harness. And ice axe.

I only know that u do not use brand new crampons. You should only use crampons that have been used on other mountains before in order to insure that they will stand up to the elements. A great book about climbing everest is "Into Thin Air" by Jon Krakauer.

A metric boat load of Clif Bars

Backpack

Bivy shelter

Stove and fuel

I guess someoene could do it with just those things if they wanted to skip taking oxygen and were going to solo the climb.
