im not sure..but for sound energy...would TV be an answer???

  1. I guess that you mean the TV's speaker, converting electrical energy into sound waves (sound energy). A drum converts mechanical energy into sound energy (though sound energy is a form of mechanical energy)

    Chemical energy, try a battery, converts chemical energy into electrical energy. And then there are those heating pads that you add water too. Converting the energy stored in the salts into heat energy.

    Same heat pad radiates heat. To warm your boo boo.  Light bulbs (the old kind especially) radiate heat energy. Converting electrical energy into light energy and heat energy. More heat than light, that's why they want the new light bulbs, CPF's. Catalytic heaters, radiate heat energy. They can get  their energy from electricity, or by burning a fuel (chemical energy)

    Don't forget the SUN, lots of radiated energy there.
