1. He needs to stay calmer during a run when the car isn't right, if his car is good and then goes away, he lets it distract him from hitting his marks.

2. He needs to quit cussing Tony Jr. so much. It probably gets frustrating when the car isn't getting better, but his whole team can hear them arguing and it gets the whole team down.

EVERYTHING. It was funny when Tony Jr told him to take two tires and Jr was whining as usual and Eury told him to shut up its not the car that's sucky it's the driver!!!!
