    Human!

    One is enough!

  2. 1. combustion of fossil fuel -coal, petroleum, natural gas releasing greenhouse gases

    2. land use and land cover changes - deforestation, agriculture releasing greenhouse gases

    3. natural variation - solar cycles (this adds up to much less that the two previous as far as we know to date.

See the IPCC assessment for detailed information.  Working Group 1 summary for policy makers is pretty clear.

  5. -Al Gore

    -Bored tree huggers

    -James Hansen

  6. Two of them are Ocean currents and Solar activity.  Though CO2 and other greenhouse gases are probably involved, not enough is currently known about them to understand to what extent they affect climate.  Scientists have speculated, but no hard and fast facts have been developed.

Keep in mind also, that the Earth has had natural cycles of warming and cooling for many thousands of years.....with and without the presence of man.  That will not change.

  7. 1.) Hype

  9. 1) A change in the amount of energy from the sun reaching our planet (caused by orbital anomalies or activity on the sun).

    2) Change in the amount of greenhouse gases in our atmosphere (could be caused by various natural or human activities) which alters the amount of heat trapped in the atmosphere.

    3) Plate tectonic shifts (e.g. new mountain ranges) that can vastly alter the wind patterns.

  10. mother nature and the sun
