I think that the television is a modern cultural symbol.  Some people have televisions in every room and some spend big money on big screens.  It represents our belief of continuous information and entertainment. Cell phones represent our connection to others, it means high popularity and ability to continuous monitoring of others. Computers represent our ability to quickly solve problems, find information and connection to others.
