It benefits stability for owners of big money and people who work directly for them because they move where benefits are better for them.

It benefits technology in telecommunications.

It benefits emergent economies as India and China.

Although globalization had free trade as a goal that would benefit anybody, results have been different. What actually happened is for instance that Mexican emigration  spurred  by these failed free-market reforms now sustains a whole continent. Mexico received $23 billions in remittances in 2006, and the whole of Latin America brought in $62.3 billion in the same period. For countries south of the United States exportation of citizens is the only economic project that works.
