Bad news, that is what indicates a "general hardware malfunction" which is also known as the red ring of death. Luckily Microsoft extended the warranty for anybody with a red ring of death xbox, so look into sending it back to them and they'll likely replace it.

Sorry to hear about your bad luck. I've had two Xbox's that had the red ring and am on my third one, which constantly gets disc read errors. I need to send mine in again...
