  1. customer needs are a stores standards to make sure a customer can find everything they need and without trouble. and also they want to make sure that their employees were kind and friendly.

Poland Spring, Deer Park, Arrow Head, and Nestle water are all the same company.

  2. Customer needs in relation to marketing has to be linked back to the marketing mix or "4 p's". This consists of price, product, promotion and place (distribution). All of these are factors in the life cycle of a product. These 4 factors not only show the feasability of a product but also must be applied to customers and therefore show their wants and needs and how successful the product will be at meeting these ends.

Maslow's Hierarchgy of Needs is to do with motivation of employees and depsite the fact that it could be applied to customers it is better used in motivation techniques.

The truth is it is all just water but the way it is marketed differs and therefore the groups of customers it appeals to also differs.

Hope you get what you want out of this answer.

  3. Lookup Masow's hierarchy of needs that could help explain customer needs. Go to the store and look at a few different types of water bottles, some have lower sodium, and others are flavored. Look at how they are advertised as well, they are aimed at suiting different demographics of people needs.
