  1. Micheal Jordan is not the greatest ever

    Kareem is the greatest ever

Nobody, not even Bird, could shoot like Pete Maravich

Tiny Archibald was better than Iverson

Carmelo Anthony will never be a winner

  2. The Big O is the second best player ever

Shaquille O'neal Has Had a Better Career than Kobe

Phoenix Suns Were The True 07' WCF Winners

Kobe Isnt Even Top 5 Laker

Gerald Wallace Can Do It All

  3. -Chris Paul- The Future Point Guard and posterboy for the NBA.

-The Spurs- Glory over Glam. Strong, fundamental team play that some consider boring. 4 championships.

-Kobe Bryant- the Best player in the NBA currently.

-Michael Jordan- The Greatest Player of All Time and the legend, players are compared to.

-Boston Celtics- Revived. Finally and Deservedly. An intense old rivalry with the Lakers has ultimately resurged.

-New York Knicks- A historic franchise still in Depression

  4. 1) I want people to know and to respect the long, star studded history of this game. It's not all about walking ego's like Iverson, Bryant, Anthony, etc...It's not all about the dunks and in your face c**p that the NBA has become. I think names like Maravich, Dr. J, Wilt, Bird (to name a very, very few...) should be required knowledge for any fan.

    2) A trip the the HOF in Springfield should be like the Muslim's trip to Mecca for all basketball fans. You should GO. You'll learn a lot more about the history of the game there, as well.

    3) I'd like people to know about the positive impact NBA players and teams can, do, and should have on their cities and communities. There's a lot of good stuff going on, and some genuinely nice guys who play in that league (it's not all dunkin punks...) who do a h**l of a lot to better the lives of people around them.

    4) I'm going to flip this one into a thing that people SHOULD NOT know....they SHOULD NOT know that Shaq ever made movies. Ever. And all copies of that stupid Genie movie he did should be converted into highway road covering.

    5) Last thing I want them to know is that the game is still great despite the poor Olympic performances turned in in past years, despite allegations of ref corruption, despite brawls, despite Shaq asking Kobe for oral via a rap song, despite all that. It's still the NBA. It's still THE League. It's rich with history, and we're finally seeing guys step up who will become legends in their own time (I'm looking to guys like Garnett, Lebron, Chris Paul, Duncan...to name a few)

  5. The guy above me had some great points.  I'm going to piggyback on a few of his topics.

    1.  MJ is the greatest player of all time

    2.  The 2002 Kings were the true champs.  They were cheated by the refs and the NBA. The Lakers should relinquish that title and hand it over to its rightful owners.

    3.  The Celtics are the greatest dynasty in NBA history. (And I'm not a Celtics fan)

    4.  Red Auerbach is the best NBA coach of all time.  Wooden was the best college coach.

    5.  Kobe is a selfish pr!ck

  6. Dirk Nowitzki- he gets heat all around the media especially since the 1st round collapse but he works maybe the hardest than anyone in the league (his team quits on him) and he's one of the nicest person anybody could meet.

  7. 1. The Kidd trade was beneficial to the Mavericks. If it wasn't for Avery using Kidd improperly, he (Kidd) could have brought to the Mavericks what he was acquired for. Avery was making Kidd a jumpshooter and doesn't give him as much freedom as he has to have.

    2. Mark Cuban is one of the worst people at giving contracts (everyone knows this).

    3. Dirk Nowitzki has picked up his leadership during the latter part of the season and the playoffs but his teammates didn't care esp. Josh Howard.

    4. The Mavericks have been through too much pain already to let go of a championship in 2009.

    5. The only thing that hinders the Mavericks from having an interior presence is either Dampier's inconsistency, foul proneness and inability to finish or Dirk Nowitzki's lack of driving(he has the handles of a small forward) or both.

  8. 1. There's a guy named Kobe Bryant. And you will keep hearing his fans ranting about his is the best player of the nba history. Even if it's not true at all.

    2. There's always conspiracy theory developed by fans of a losing side. I guess you can join them, but you really should judge for yourself.

    3. My favorite team is New Orlean Hornets, even though they aren't perfect but they have the best point guard in the leage named Chris Paul. They also have my favorite all time shooter named Predrag Stojakovic.

    4. The 2002 Sacramento Kings was the most fun team to watch because of their passing game. If you are a football fan, then the 2002 Sac Kings is like Arsenal of EPL. They played the most beautiful basketball, even though not enough to be the champ.

    5. Larry Bird and Magic Johnson Rivalry was the best rivalry of all time. Hakeem Olajuwon was the most skillful center of all time. By the way, if you are going to bet on a team to win, then follow a former player/current TV analysts named Charles Barkley. Whatever he supports, go the exact opposite.

  9. 1. I want to know the people about Dirk Nowitzki because of his struggles in the past and now became an All-star. Dirk h=is so humble.

    2. Michael Jordan a player with a lot of talents

    3. Jerry West mr.clutch and he is the one in the Logo of the NBA.

    4. New Orleans Hornets because of their revival after the Hurricane Katrina that is so inspiring

    5. Kobe learns to trust his teamate. I want them to know that Kobe is selfish before but when 2005 season enter he believes that the time has come to trust his teamates.
