What are the factors (other than the title) that Amazon.com uses to determine the order in which merchant's listings appear that are all selling the same product/SKU?

Keyword relevance. If someone is looking for a SEO book than if your book title or website has these keywords the most relevant will show up first. Very similar to the search engines. They also consider how many books you offer and your feedba ck rating.
