I'd bet AB has quite an impressive amount of intellectual assets, from the value of the brand names, distributor lists, employee knowledge and so on.  The attached link has an inventory of intellectual assets by type (information, knowledge etc) with a descriptions and examples.  Once you look at the inventory list, you can imagine how many components AB would have.
