What are Bob Hair Cuts, and Razor Hair Cuts??

a bob is a short cut with the length somewhere below the ears but all one length

razor cuts  -- hair cut with a razor that is just butchered on the ends.  if yo like that sort of thing.  reminds me of pulling cotton candy apart
