CEO stands for Chief Executive Officer.  It is the highest ranking position in a company.  You may also hear of CFOs- that means Chief Financial Officer of a company.  Also COO- means Chief Operating Officer.  You would need to study business in college and perhaps go on to Graduate School of Business Management.  You don't just become the CFO overnight- you start at a lower position, and work your way up through various management positions.  Sometimes, a very few people, are chosen for the CFO position.  Good luck to you in your studies- maybe one day we'll read about you as a CFO of some cool company.
