Question:

What are Chrsitopher Hitchen's reasons for supporting the Iraq war?

From what I can gather believes that it is some kind of moral necessity and also believes that we should have deposed saddam in '91. I watch a lot of his videos but can't really seem to piece it together and would rather not watch the 11 part debate on youtube. I am hoping someone can outline it for me. Thanks!

  1. Hitchens is a genius. His reason is that the muslim religion is a oppressing conquering one he even provides proof of this throughout history  even though he believes the U.S is not fighting a religious war on our part but believes the muslims are fighting one on theirs which for the most part is true He believes at the root of all this there is an underlining goal to convert everyone to islam.  You should read his book God Is Not Great and his work on Thomas Jefferson.
