What are Cosplays like?

I want to go to a cosplay fest. (Maybe Sakura Con) I have a few friends that may want to go. What are they like? Is it fun??? If I go I want to dress up either as Rin From Blade Of The Immortal, Itachi from Naruto, Or something lolita. Thanks!^^

Cosplay fest is a very fun place. >:)

You get to see other people cosplay and how well they dress. There are also fun and great activities you can do there too like contest.

Cosplay is epic! And it can look like anything! I'd post some pics but I have so many... I'll choose a few here in a sec.

But OMG! GO TO SAKURACON! IT'S FREAKIN' EPIC! That was my first con! Sakuracon '07. :3
