What are GOOD reasons why we should have a batch party??

I am organizing a party for our batch. THe problem is, I need some good reasons to write on my proposal for our dean to approve it. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Get acquitted with each other,well and strengthen the bonds built.To maintain the team spirit.

To thank the teachers for the good work they have done collectively.

To appreciate the spirit of friendship and other people's contributions towards your success.
