  1. Where, What, When, Who, Why, How - The biggest thing is to get the location and what's going on, followed by when it occurred or if it is occurring at the moment, who is the violator, who is the caller, why is the violator doing this, how is the violator doing this, a description of the suspects and/or their vehicle, the caller's name, address, phone number, and any other information that is pertinent to the call. There is no right or wrong answer, and there is no specific number of questions the dispatcher is to ask. It all depends on the situation, no two calls are the same, so I'm curious as to why you'd want to know what they ask???

  2. whats your emergency? name, address, time of crime. how many perps. discription of crimes. discription of suspects.
