Their web site is hiding their real phone numbers as top secret!

I recently read an interview with the founder of the company.  The company will absolutely not provide customer support over the phone.  The company is aware that this is making customers furious and they DO NOT CARE.  The founder stated that the company will never provide a phone number.

Thanks for your post.  I've been thinking about ordering a MagicJack despite the poor customer reviews I've read.  I've now decided against it.

Yes MagicJack hides their real numbers like @#$%$&^
