I am an non-exempt employee of a small non-profit organization. Often times our crew is mandated or recruited to work overtime for 1:1 of comp time. I am looking resources stating when working over 40 hour per week that it must be overtime pay or if elected to take comp time it should be a one hour of overtime work should be one hour and half of time off.
