I see. Joseph Smith relaxed with peace as he read the crisp copy of The Nauvoo Expositor.

Kissed Emma, blew out the lamp, and slept with love in his heart.

Cool.

Mormon history ROCKS!

  1. Matt Stone and Trey Parker...

But "All About Mormons" was a hilarious episode of South Park.

  2. While Im not an "official" we as a group arent nervous about anything.  We rely on Christ and through Him, we fear nothing.  He is in control so if we go through hardships (which we have been  told we will) We should rejoice in the chance to gain experience and become better people.  Fear and nervousness is of the devil.  Love and trust come from God.

  3. Nada, other than their general concern over the wellbeing of the members.  Its a rough world we live in.

  4. Cheese rationing.

  5. Chad Hardy's excommunication for the shirtless missionaries calendar has gotten way more play than expected. The new LDS President might have made a bad decision there.

A backlash against their anti g*y organizing effort in CA. Again, the late President might have handled it with more finesse. He was a PR master.

Mitt could still be a VP candidate and cause more unwanted scrutiny and opportunity for people who dislike Mormonism to speak out.

FLDS in the news at all causes the them to have to spew out endless press releases - "It isn't us, it isn't us".

Next week's 'baby left in car' incident. They've been non stop and horrifying this summer in Utah or by Mormons elsewhere.

  6. Wow....you've created an account for the sole purpose of spamming your hatred towards the LDS church.

    We're all very impressed.

Please, show us how we can ALL be more hateful!  This will be great!

  7. RIGHT NOW? or 200 or so years ago?

I don't know about "nervous", but they are constantly urging members to pray more, read the scriptures more, go to church more, etc.

edit: History, you said "opportunity for people who dislike Mormonism to speak out."

You really meant "Lie like dogs" right?

    I thought you did.

  8. Not nervous at all now that the Osmonds/ Mormon Tabernacle Choir/ Pioneer Day concert is over, and it went really well.

  9. High gas prices have resulted in fewer travelers staying in Marriott hotels.

  10. Thats just the TIP of the iceburg, when it comes to contriversial topics mormon history. If the LDS leadership does not make a few changes, even more members will leave. They shoot their own feet....
