What are POD seats at an event like The Wiggles?

I bought tickets for my family to see the wiggles on the floor section and they are classified as POD seats. What does this mean?

  1. I believe they are just free standing chairs.

    If its on the floor section for a rock concert for example, its just standing room...but for a kids event they usually set up chairs.
