What are The Best Urban Areas to Live in as a Conservative and the best as a Liberal?

There is no best liberal or best conservative place. You'll find both orientations everywhere.To paraphrase a famous politician "there is no conservative America, there is no liberal America, there is only one United States of America."

The best urban area to live in as a Liberal would be either San Francisco, New York City, Boston, and Seattle.  The best urban area to live in as a Conservative would be Beverly Hills, the Hamptons, and Northern Virginia.  As I recall, most Conservatives live in the Bible Belt or Rural areas.

west coast, new york, new mexico, and a couple other places too, are all great choices for a liberal. Im in NY personally.

Im proud to say that I have no idea where a conservative would like to live.

The liberal/conservative dichotomy doesn't apply to choosing an urban area because the advantages of living in an urban area consist of other factors.  Outstanding urban areas have fine cultural institutions such as museums, opera, theaters, concerts, clubs and other entertainment, as well as many excellent and diverse restaurants, excellent shopping, good public transportation, etc.

The most conservative city in the country is Provo, Utah followed by Lubbuck, Texas.  

The best place for liberals to live is Love Canal.
