Well, I am not sure exactly what William is doing, but he is heir to the British throne, and appears to be in a good relationship, so my guess is that he is happy, and that he is looking forward to his day today.  Harry was fighting on the front lines in Afghanistan, and just returned a few days ago.  So I imagine that he is proud to have served his country, and I think he is happy that he survived, and that he too is looking forward to his day today..
