What are a couple of golf shafts with a stiff tip? ?

All shaft manufacturers produce "stiff" tipped shafts.  A shaft with a "high" kick point will produce a lower ball flight.  A shaft with a "medium" of "low" kick point will produce more launch and a higher ball flight.  You can also create a stiffer tip by "tipping" the shaft before it is inserted into the club head.  My advice is to go to golfsmith.com and educate yourself on the terminology and available choices.  You have many choices is many price ranges.  You can get a great tip stiff shaft from $60 up to $300.

ust is still the leader in tip stiff shafts . great customer service , will fit you for shaft over the phone very accuratly. second is fujikura. not quite as good as ust. customer service, not as proficent. takes a few rounds to adjust. with todays heads . proablt the best company to use .
