Find something that he does and multiply by 10. For example:  everyday my daughter gets out a glass of water and fills it half way and leaves it on the counter.  Often, she gets thirsty again, and gets out another glass and fills it half way and leaves it on another counter.  This drives me nuts.

So today, I took out all of the glasses from the cabinet and filled them half full with water and left them all over the kitchen.

Instead of pinching his hiney, I gently pull a couple butt hairs.

Barely touch the back of his legs behind the knees to tickle him.

Both of these drive mine nutsy.

My husband sings and whistles happy tunes. I personally hate it and I have actually told him so on several occasions...it is especially annoying in the morning. Good luck and if he is like me he will slightly loathe you by the end of the day. Fun for him, but I hate it.

Hide his car keys in his shoes then hide the shoes in the dryer. Or di like my wife does and ask a c**p load of questions then wait 5 Min's and ask them again
