First off I should let you know that nine year olds should embrace their childhood and not worry about trying to be older by taking on a Gothic or punk style. On the other hand If you are set on it (like my BFF was at your age) no one can stop you and it's best to just get it over with.

I wouldn't really do anything too extreme but black is the color of Goth, so maybe some cute black shirts or band shirts and Black skinny jeans! just express yourself with in reason!

None. You're NINE. No one cares. Wait until you actually KNOW what "gothic" is..because you obviously don't if you have to ask this question. Wait until you're 17+ when you're old enough to think for yourself and actually go to concerts for "gothic" bands. You're probably too young to understand this, but I'll try to explain anyway:

Don't put yourself in a category like "preppy" or "goth"or "emo" just to try to make people think about you in a certain way or to fit in with a certain group of people. Who you are is infinitely more important than what you wear.
