Capital, National City, Citibank, US Bank, to name a few.  These banks all have regular and secured credit cards.  I don't understand the question do I already have one, because only you would know that.  And lastly, secured credit can help improve your credit, by them (credit card company) reporting your timely credit payment history to the credit bureaus, this will help you improve your score slowly but surely, along with getting rid of or disputing the negatives off of your report, along with keeping your debt down (debt ratio), and other pertinent things that go along with maintaing Good Credit History/Habits.
