What are a few suggestions for guacamole?

when i make guacamole, i cut a bit of cream cheese into the avocados while im mashing it, and also mix in some sour cream for a really creamy texture.....  lots of salt, and lime juice... couple dashes of onion powder....

thats all i really use...

My suggestion would be to find a recipe from MEXICO, since this is NOT a Spanish food.
