What are a hotel's objectives?

yeah but generally a business opening may have aims and objectives to just stay alive and actually get customers,

then it would be to earn, customers being satisfied with the service and their accommodation. these are fairly short term,

long term objectives are in the bigger picture, such as open 5 more hotels in different locations within the next 3 years..etc.
