What are addiction psychologists called?

There are two kinds:

1) A medical doctor (MD) who specializes in addiction medicine is called an Addiction Medicine Specialist (or less commonly an Addictionologist).  They are either internists who receive special training and a board certification or are psychiatrists with that specific specialty.

2) Clinical Psychologists (PhD) with specialization do not have a specific name for themselves.  They may use various non-standard titles such as addiction counselor, chemical dependency therapist, Substance abuse therapist and various combination of those words.  But there's no standard name.
