Choose the family, then go through the agency.  Or, you could always do a search for adoption attorneys in the phone book.  I used an attorney instead of an agency when I placed my son with a family.

Before you call any of the adoption agencies you are given, please google their names and check whether or not they have complaints, if they do, how many? Do they have any law suits or court issues? You don't want to get sucked in by unethical adoption agency who cares  about making money and not about you or your baby.
