Well, if you are black and you can get a black female jury, then you will be aquitted for murder.

While juries are supposed to decide the issue strictly by the law, the feelings they have about the defendant will enter in to the decision as most jury members are not able to go against their feelings.

If you are physically attractive the jury is more likely to go in your favor. If you are unattractive they are likely to convict you. If you can afford good legal representation you stand a better chance then with a Court Appointed Attorney.

The television shows such as CSI and Cold Case has raised the expectations of the Jurors that solid proof evidence must be present for any conviction-not just for those with a death penalty involved. If physical evidence is lacking then a guilty verdict is less likely.
