Almost all prescription drugs say, "May cause drowziness." Sometimes the same ones say "May cause insomnia!" That's because every body is different.

If you feel like it, call any pharmacist, and they'll probably tell you the same thing!

Melatonin is a wonderful vitamin that many people use to help them fall asleep. There are three new medications that help you fall asleep, but you need a prescription for them.  They are Ambien CR, Rozerem, and Lunesta. These are for people with insomnia. :)
